I started by being curious about how people move through systems and why things feel confusing when they do not need to be. Early on, I worked on visual campaigns for hospitality brands like Hyatt and Marriott. That is where I first saw how design influences behavior. It is not just about how something looks. It is about how clearly it communicates and how smoothly it works. A turning point came when I led the redesign of Pfizer’s Clinical Trials Management platform. Supporting more than 100 global medical coordinators, I learned good design is not about polish. It is about removing friction at scale. We reworked workflows and reduced trial setup time by 40 percent. That experience changed how I think about impact. Today, I work on complex enterprise and AI driven systems, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and thoughtful decision making. I care about building products that reduce confusion, respect users, and make difficult work feel lighter. For me, design is not decoration. It is responsibility.
